Warranty Conditions

Dear clients and partners,

The service of Reset Computers LTD, gives You a note, that we will not accept for service under guarantee defective items after transportation with courier company (for example : smashed computer boxes).

Similar mechanical defects, occured during transportation are covered by the insurance, which is being signed before the sending of the items.

Please check the condition of the items at the moment of receiving and when a mechanical defect is present please contact your courier company, which delivered them. Then the procedure of receiving the insurance is being started.
